This document ("Terms and Conditions") governs the use of the mobile application "King of Sorting" (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"), developed by Serghei Pelin (hereinafter referred to as the "Developer"), who also operates under the informal name Kwezit Games.
The term "User" refers to any natural person who uses the Application under the terms set forth in these Terms and Conditions. Throughout this document, we address the User as "you" to maintain clarity and readability.
By using the Application, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately stop using the Application.
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes.
This license does not give you ownership of the Application or any of its content, including but not limited to the game’s code, design, graphics, music, and other intellectual property. You are not allowed to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the Application.
The Developer reserves the right to revoke this license if you violate these Terms and Conditions.
The Application is intended for users aged 13 and above. If you are under 13 years old, you are not allowed to use the Application.

The Developer does not guarantee that the Application will function without interruptions, meet user expectations, or be free from malicious software, viruses, or other security threats.
You expressly agree that your use of the Application is at your sole risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

The Developer reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion. Any substantial changes will be determined by the Developer. Users will be notified of any changes upon the next opening of the Application.

By using the Application, you confirm that you are not located in a country subject to U.S., EU, or other international sanctions and that you are not a person subject to sanction restrictions.
Users from the European Union are entitled to protection under the mandatory provisions of the laws of their country of residence.
If you have any disputes or concerns related to the use of the Application, you agree to first attempt to resolve the issue privately by contacting the Developer. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Moldova. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be subject to arbitration in the Republic of Moldova.
The Developer reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Application without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
The Developer also reserves the right to suspend or discontinue support for the Application at any time without prior notice and without obligations to users, as well as to remove the Application from app stores.
The Developer is under no obligation to release updates or new versions of the Application after its initial release.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified and interpreted in a manner that most closely aligns with the original intent of the provision. The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. A waiver of one breach shall not constitute a waiver of subsequent breaches.
The Application may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Developer.
The Developer does not control and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that the Developer shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your use of or reliance on such content, goods, or services available through these websites or services.
